    RELOCATION MORTGAGE SERVICES

    Mortgage Pre-Approval In an effort to best utilize the time spent on your house-hunting trip WFS will provide you with a pre-approval for a mortgage. A pre-approval will enhance your negotiation position by letting the seller know that you are a "cash buyer".

    Dedicated Processing Team WFS has a dedicated team of professionals for transferee loans. Relocation team members are selected by experience and performance. Each member has demonstrated the ability to perform his/her tasks at a high level over an extended period of time.

    Direct Billing of Closing Costs WFS will provide funds at closing to you in order to cover all reimbursable closing costs normally advanced by your company. This program will eliminate the need for you to reconcile closing costs with your company after closing.

    International Moves

  • WFS offers a mortgage program specifically for foreign nationals moving into the United States. Eligibility for the program encompasses the following:
  • You must have a two-year work history with your company (work history can be outside of the United States).
  • Minimum of down payment ranging form 5-25%.
  • A Visa and social security number is required.
  • Transferee may be required to provide letters from banking institutions stating that you have been a customer for a two-year period and all payments have been made on a timely basis.

    Group Move Programs WFS recognizes corporate moves provide unique challenges to all parties involved. Often, a group move can involve employees who have not moved before. In recognition of this, WFS offers on-site counseling sessions are encouraged in an effort to educate employees and provide information on qualification parameters.
